Any enterprise that:
out-thinks competitors prevails.
out-learns competitors prevails.
out-communicates competitors prevails.
Any enterprise that simultaneously does all three of the above becomes an un-challengeable champion. These constitute the trifecta of any successful business.
We all agree with these principles. That's fine. The question is, how do we specifically out-think, out-learn and out-communicate competitors?
The observations on the "INTRODUCTION" page of this site raises some startling observations. If we can't define thinking, learning and communicating processes we can't improve them. Once we have clear definitions, what is the best way to employ them? "the human key" specifically addresses how to seamlessly incorporate them as a business culture.
